Starting My Writing Story
Welcome to my blog! After two years of writing every week, I’m delighted to share my journey, successes, and setbacks. Hopefully, the content of this blog will help you on your own author journey or provide an interesting insight into the life of a budding author.
A Little About Me
My name is Kathrin, and I'm a content writer and independent teacher living in North London. Ever since I was really young, I’ve loved reading and writing. After graduating from school, my literary ambitions took a back seat as I pursued other projects.
In 2020, I rekindled my love for writing and began committing time to it every week. I set myself the goal of submitting 100 works for publication. Right now, I’m at Nr. 16, so there is still a ways to go.
Genres
I mainly read and write romance and women’s fiction. However, I also enjoy paranormal, science fiction, historical fiction, and YA fiction. I’m willing to give almost anything a go, as long as it’s well-written and engaging.
Current Projects
Two of my stories are going to be published in print magazines. I’m still working on several other short pieces, but I’ve also started a novel project.
